How we treat refunds & cancellations request when you use CanteenPOS Service

You may cancel your CanteenPOS account at any time; however, there are no refunds for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else. Upon cancelling your CanteenPOS account, your subscription will be valid until your paid period is completed.

Any information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.

We do not charge any additional amount as penalty for cancelling your account and no reason is also not asked when you decide to cancel your account. To cancel the account, you are required to cancel subscription from the Membership Page of CanteenPOS for current package. Once cancelled, it will not renew automatically and you will loose the access to CanteenPOS when the subscription expires.

All your saved cards or any other payment information stored with our Bank will also be deleted upon cancelling the account subscription. We do not store any card inforamtion with us at anytime.
